Kegel`s Inn - 2 Bedroom - Classic Apartment #5

Very large 2-bedroom with lots of old-world character. Expect original hardwood floors, heavy beams in the living room, a newly updated bathroom, and beautiful wood cabinetry in a fully stocked kitchen. The apartment looks down on our parking lot & the back yard of the restaurant. We`re one of the last Authentic German restaurants and Inn`s left in country and the apartment is right above it! We hope you love this place as much as we do!

Apt #5 is a well-appointed 2 bedroom located on the second floor above the Most Authentic German Restaurant in Milwaukee: Kegel`s Inn. Located in the heart of West Allis, apartment #5 is great for an overnight, weekend getaways, and with a full kitchen, great for long extended stays if you`re traveling for work. Feel right at home while still being close to everything in Milwaukee. The Inn has great freeway access and sits only 6 miles from the Lakefront and Downtown Milwaukee. Close to lots of amenities, the property is also centrally located just minutes from Miller Park, Wisconsin State Fair, Pettit National Ice Center, Milwaukee County Zoo, Harley Davidson, and the VA Hospital.

Guests will have the room completely to yourself. A Roku TV, access free Wi-fi as well as free overnight parking in the parking lot.

We live just a few miles away and could be there within minutes if you need any assistance. We used to be adventure guides in Alaska, so we love helping people figure out where to go and see the local flavor! Please feel free to shoot us your travel questions. Walking distance to several other great food spots and bar options. (Although we`re partial to ours!) Great freeway access. Walgreens nearby, gas stations on two corners - lots of amenities and late night access. A very short drive to Downtown West Allis, Downtown Milwaukee, Harley Davidson Museum, Veterans Hospital (VA) Brewer games, parks and Lake Michigan Lakefront. There may be a stigma that West Allis is not safe after dark. Although we completely disagree with that statement around our restaurant, we`d also know that lots of bad decisions can happen anywhere after 2am in the morning.

Extremely easy freeway access. Hank Aaron State Bike Trail just a few blocks away. Two Bus Lines (#23 & Blue line) right out the front door can whisk you to downtown.

Don`t forget downstairs is one of the Best German Restaurants in the region with some of the best Duck we`ve ever had, ANYWHERE! Plus, you; find plenty of friendly faces as Kegel`s Inn has been the locals` go-to destination for authentic German cuisine and continues to top the charts as one of the best places to catch a Friday Fish Fry in Milwaukee.
