This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at a lot of suspicious activity. The front desk is a mess. It looks like you are in E a terrible place doesn’t feel safe.

I felt really uncomfortable that I actually left with out spending the night there. I didn't want to bother the staff and ask for a refund, I just needed to get out of there. The clientele that was coming through the door was very sketchy.

There were 2 of us, but towels for one. I did not ask for more. Other wise everything was okay. Oh no breakfast available. But for the room rate we should not expect breakfast. We loved the room.

Never even got the chance to stay here. Drove 75mi for a RESERVED room and get to the motel and they say that they’ve been overbooked all summer. The right thing was to do was call customers to let them know there was no vacancy. So rude!

front desk staff announced my room number loudly in front of people standing behind me and as a woman traveling alone and on the first floor, was very uncomfortable with that. He was unable to tell me how to activate the closed captioning on the TV and more than 36 hours since my check out there's still a $72 deposit fee I'm waiting to be refunded for. The refrigerator had a very loud high pitched whine to it which was pretty annoying. But the room and bedding was clean which I really appreciated and the property, which was very close to restaurants and shopping district, was well maintained and lit at night.

when I arrived, I found out about a $10 housekeeping fee and a $2 utility fee. I was also charged a $70 security deposit. the room had two burners to cook food and the refigerator exterior was in poor condition. I was extremely disappointed finding out about all of the extra charges. I guess the condition of the facility should be expected at the $73 price quoted on expedia but I should have been made aware of the extra charges. I was told the $70 security deposit will be refunded after housekeeping looks it over. I hope I don't have a problem with this.

My room was ok. TV didnt work at all!!! Bathtub looked dirty. Someone tracked dirt all over the room before I got in there. Looked like the lawn had not been mowed in at least a month. No external property maintenance. Huge dark stains on the hallway carpets. Had a kitchenette, but no utensils, plates, cups, etc. Zero. And I overheard a lady ask the front desk for a "kitchen set". Desk guy said he would get her one. She said that the lady from the previous night said the same thing and she never got one. I have nothing against people needing to stay long term at a hotel, but gosh could you make it a better experience for them? Their life is hard enough.
