Overall, I had a great stay at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and dining options were excellent with free parking which is hard to come by close to the city. The main drawback is that it’s not kid-friendly. If you’re traveling with a child, you may need to drop them off in the lobby before parking, and you’ll have to go through security each time you head to a restaurant or return from the parking garage. Despite that inconvenience, I would stay here again and would recommend it to adults looking for a nice Milwaukee getaway.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were great. I especially appreciated how quiet the property was, which allowed me to get a very restful night’s sleep. There was a small misunderstanding during my stay, but the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and courteously. I appreciate their efforts and understand that misunderstandings can happen from time to time. Overall, my experience was very positive. Unfortunately, there was no availability for my next visit, as I would have gladly stayed here again. I look forward to returning in the future and would recommend this hotel to others

Check in was great. The property was clean and welcoming. Casino had a lot of good food options and the sports book provided a shuttle to the Brewers game with the purchase of a drink or bet slip. Would recommend to anyone checking out a Brewers game.

The hotel was a good experience. Had breakfast which was overpriced but good. Staff was very helpful especially the gentlemen that oversees the cars and valet parking. I wish it was more affordable, for a girl's weekend. Did not disappoint.

My wife and I had a three night stay to attend baseball games at American Family field and gamble a little. We were very happy with the location of the casino for exploring Milwaukee. The casino itself was very cleanly, secure and had many dining areas to offer. We were pleasantly surprised compared to other casinos we have stayed at and will definitely return.

I recently stayed at Potawatomi and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The on-site casino was a lot of fun, with a great atmosphere and plenty of gaming options to keep us entertained. The only issue during this stay was with the room service app. On multiple occasions, the app was not functioning properly, and I was unable to place room service orders. This was disappointing, especially since room service has worked well during my previous stays and I’ve never experienced this problem before. Aside from the app issues, the property was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would certainly stay here again and hope the room service technology issues are resolved for future guests.
