Fresh and clean one bedroom apartment in a convenient location. Just a minute off of I94. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to several Hospitals and fun destinations for your days off.

Entire apartment in this duplex is yours. One bedroom, a private, fenced in backyard, private deck and private entry. We recently finished updating this unit in Feb, 2024. Remarkably, it feels much bigger than it is. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom has a queen size bed and walk-in closet. Kitchen includes a full size fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher. An additional storage closet is located in the dormer off of the living room. Internet and utilities are included.
