Simple and antique furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 french beds (2 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre) extra). Shower/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2, roofed, east facing position and west facing position. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: apartment street side. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
