"掃除が行き届いていない。見えないところの埃がひどい。換気が悪く、前の客の焼肉の匂いが消えないので不快。これまで楽天ヴィラのブランドで、河口湖、鴨川、八ヶ岳と、最高だったが、あんなコンテナ施設を加えるべきではない。隣の客が外で遅くまで大騒ぎしていたのにも閉口した。 楽天ヴィラのブランドから外して運営すべき。"

"家族3世代の大人数で宿泊のため2部屋予約しました！ こちらの102の部屋はリビング側のエアコンの効きが悪く感じたのが少し気になりました。冷蔵庫もなかなか冷えなかったので少し困りましたが最初にたくさん入れたのでそれはこちらにも非があるかなと思います。 他にも宿泊されてる方がいましたが家族連れが多く周りの音も全然気にならなかったです。 設備も良くほとんどのものが揃っているので使いやすかったです。 また宿泊したいと思いました！ ありがとうございました！"
