"Was only a short stay for an event in Perth so I didn’t get to use the facilities. Bed was comfy and pillows were good. Location was great, not far from train stations, shops and restaurants. If staying on a Saturday night, it can be noisy with music and people in bars on the street but nothing that keeps you awake all night, just people having fun so just join in."

"After staying 10 days and having vip status for late checkout at 12pm. I was refused 12:30 saying I have to pay huge rate for 30 minutes. This is 4 or 5th stay also. At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it"

"The front desk team has been extremely helpful throughout my stay and helped me resolve a few issues quickly and professionally. I really appreciate their friendly and attentive service. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety of choices available each morning. Overall, I have really enjoyed my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth."

"Room was fine and clean but a bit sparse, overlooking the pool. There was only a kettle and sachets of instant coffee which we didn't use. On check-in we were greeted warmly (though the $300 bond was an irritating surprise for our one night stay) but on checking out, a different member of staff was less friendly. Having checked that we'd paid, we were told that we "... can go, and that they'll look at the bond once the room has been checked." The parking is $20 a night and seemed secure"
