"Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the room itself. That being said, the building is clearly under some construction and very unappealing to look at from the inside. The floors aren’t complete inside so you’re just walking on unfinished wood. That and some iffy carpeting on the stairs. "ALL the staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely kind; especially Amber! She helped me with parking, finding a place to eat, helping me get my bearings around town and her personal interest was heart warming! Jackie at the bar was also kind and kept refilling ice for me and warm conversations. The ambiance and decor is amazing and welcoming!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. I really appreciated their friendliness and helpfulness during my stay. However, I would advise caution if you plan on walking around the surrounding area at night, as it felt a bit unsafe. Despite that, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. "

"Moxy is unique hotel chain by Marriott, this is my first time staying there with my family and I loved it. The front table/bar area with the swings are a nice modern touch. Hubby and I enjoyed the bar and our free drink tokens until 11:30 and we loved the drinks and our bartender, Elle. Room was good, beds comfy. The bathtub had issues with drainage. It needs to cleaned using a declogger. Valet was good. One issue we saw throughout was that the staff (at the bar and valet) were going above and beyond to make it comfortable for the guests but they seemed frustrated. The hotel management needs to be concerned, if they don’t give the staff what they need to continue providing great service there will be a lot of turnover. I will give Moxy another chance. "
