"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. "We booked our stay in advance and it fell on the weekend of a huge snow storm 3 feet. Power went out as well. But we had heat thankfully, and owners had a generator. They kept the driveways clear of snow. The view was picturesque. It was peaceful fun. "

"Fantastic. Lots to do. Didn’t have to leave the resort. Food amazing, friendly staff, clean, nice beach area with water toys and safety equipment and children play area. Campfire containment unit. The outdoor restaurant, great foods and beverages, super busy, but the staff worked so well together from bartenders, cooks, and wait staff, timed, they didn’t miss a beat, I was so impressed (and that’s hard to do). Congratulation on the teamwork!"
