Niet al te best..maar ja is goedkoop. Je mist de wifi. Geen eigen bereik . Weinig te beleven hotel.. eten is niet al te best . Maar ja daarom is het goedkoop. Saaie bedoeling in hotel. Niet erg gezellig.

Nie mehr! Das gebuchte Zimmer war nicht vorhanden!

Es sollte ein 24 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten sein; Stattdessen haben wir ein Zimmer mit sehr störendem Straßenlärm bekommen. Da wir damit nicht einverstanden waren, kam es natürlich zu einem Gespräch zwischen mir (weiblich, 66 Jahre) und einem ungepflegten Mitarbeiter ("Empfangschef"/Koch?). Da der Mitarbeiter in Anwesenheit Dritter bedrohlich sehr laut wurde, habe ich vergeblich nach einem Namensschild geguckt... Auf seinem T-Shirt habe ich auf der Höhe, wo normalerweise ein Namensschild getragen wird, nur einen großen widerlichen Fleck gesehen. Die ganze Situation eskalierte dermaßen, dass die Hotelinhaberin, Frau Maggi Rossler, runterkam und mit aller Ruhe ein viel kleineres Zimmer zur Flussseite (das vor einigen Minuten - lt. o. g. Mitarbeiter - überhaupt nicht vorhanden war) vorgeschlagen hat. Was sollen wir in dieser Situation am Freitag Spätnachmittag machen? Wir haben zugesagt und zwei Nächte bis Sonntag in diesem Mini-Zimmer verbracht. FRAGEN: 1. Warum duldet die nette Hotelinhaberin so einen unhöflichen und ungepflegten Mitarbeiter, obwohl bereits so viele Beschwerden im Internet zu lesen sind? 2. Warum werden online Zimmer angeboten, die in Wirklichkeit im Hotel nicht vorhanden sind?

Zeer matig

Onvriendelijke ontvangst. Eigenaar die achter z'n laptop zit te roken en weinig aandacht heeft. Hele hotel stinkt naar rooklucht. Geen gratis Wifi, wel tegen betaling te krijgen (waar vindt je dat nog hotel zonder Wifi). Kamer wel schoon maar gedateerd, badkamer ok voor dit hotelcategorie. Ontbijt slecht, broodjes waren op, kwartier wachten op nieuwe, beleg karig. We prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en dicht bij Luxemburg.

Besser nicht!

Wer hier bucht, ist selbst schuld! Ich habe es bei meiner Online-Buchung dummerweise mit einem anderen Hotel-Restaurant an der Sauer verwechselt. Jedenfalls habe ich das gebuchte Zimmer zwar bezahlt (es war schließlich gebucht), aber geschlafen habe ich dort nicht. Der allgemeine Zustand dieser Herberge (Sauberkeit, Komfort usw.) genügt nach meiner Meinung noch nicht einmal den Ansprüchen und Erfordernissen, die man an eine Obdachlosenunterkunft stellen würde! Mehr will ich dazu jetzt aber auch nicht sagen, habe mich schon genug geärgert.
