Excellent Hotel for staying in Exmoor.

Went for a weekend away in Exmoor and The Culbone was a fantastic base for the weekend. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views from the rooms and the dining room/ patio area. The food was fantastic quality and well worth the price, excellent value! The room was very comfortable and had an excellent night's sleep. The facilities in the room were very good with a range of teas available. Best night's sleep I've had in a hotel for a long time. Am looking forward to going back again soon.

Lovely Hotel in Beautiful surroundings

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment of walking into The Culborne. The log fire was burning and we were taken through to our room which had a private patio area with beautiful views. Evening meal was tasty and ingredients were locally produced. The hunters breakfast the following morning was the icing on the cake. Recommend to all pet owners, walkers or anyone wanting a tranquil getaway.

Alles prima in orde.

Gastvrije Inn, je voelt je meteen thuis, aardig personeel, kwaliteit van het eten goed, prijs oke, prachtig wandelgebied, midden in natuurpark, en vlak bij zee. Volgend jaar zeker weer een wandelvakantie en logeren in the Culbone.

Great food in an informal environment

The rooms were attractively furnished and the staff were attentive. The food was incredibly good - simple yet made with the finest of local ingredients. A fairly restricted menu but anyone could find something they'd enjoy. The children's menu was refreshingly varied. Lovely position and close to fabulous coastline walks. What more could you want?
