Eagles Haven - Both Cabins
Nestled in the woods of east Texas on 31 acres, this dual cabin retreat is perfect for families, couples, small groups & anyone just wanting to experience the peace & spirit of the piney woods. These custom built cabins are lined with fresh pine wood ceilings & walls we harvested right here from the local woods. The kitchen is equipped with 2 burner stove, microwave, fridge & marble countertops. Floors are vinyl & queen bed upstairs is super comfy. The sleeper sofa has an upgraded mattress.
The owners home is located on 31 acres but is not in view of the cabins. Owner travels a lot and may or may not be home during your stay. The owner is happy to have whatever level of interaction you prefer. Your time here will be private and you have access to the entire 31 acres except for the owners home, immediate yard around home and jacuzzi and barn. There are trails throughout the property for your use and enjoyment as well as a frisbee golf course, a natural spring fed creek and small waterfalls to enjoy as you traverse this beautiful property.
Lake Holbrook is right across the street to the entrance to this property. Lake Fork is 10 minutes away. Lake Palestine is 30 minutes away. First Monday in Canton is a 30 minute drive as well. You have the convenience of a Wal- mart, Brookshires grocery store, CVS, Whataburger, Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, Sonic, Chicken Express, Jalapeno Tree Mexican restaurant and several other local eateries, shops and points of interest all within 4 miles of Eagles Haven. We are a little more than an hour from east Dallas and 35 minutes from Tyler.
You will enter driveway directly from US Hwy 69. There are pine tree posts flanking the driveway. Please turn in and enjoy the wooded and curvy drive to the owners house and then past the house and to the left of the solar array you will pick up the driveway path to your retreat. Access codes for Eagle 1 and Eagle 2 will be provided after your booking.
You are going to get to enjoy 31 acres of heavily wooded forest with trails throughout. Each cabin has 360 sf of living space and a 400+ sf deck. Each cabin has its own water closet and your shower is in the middle of both cabins.
