"Recently updated, comfortable bed, coffee in lobby, friendly and helpful staff. Paper thin walls. Noisy ice machine outside our room. Had a nice, vintage vibe."
"This place is an Amazing vacation hotel. It is it's own nostalgic Americana destination and in a great location for many of the things that attract people to this part of Wisconsin. I will definitely be coming here again."
Private Isle-side, Waterfront Retreat with Stunning Views/Pet Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed kayaking on lake and looking for turtles from the deck in the evenings. There was plenty of comfortable deck furniture, and my mother even had me look into ordering the lower patio lounge chairs for her at home. The kitchen had everything we need for meals. The ping pong table and games were fun and I now have to get the monopoly deal card game for at home as well. The wall A/C unit worked great and even with temps in the 90s we all slept great. The bedding was very soft and there were a bunch of comfortable throws around the house if you ever got the chills. My brother's dog loved the place (city apartment dog) and enjoyed his first campfire. The beach just down the road at the campsite was nice as well and had life vests for borrowing. My uncle was jealous that he didn't come with when we told him about the larger fish we saw jumping in the lake. There were also plenty of birds if you like bird watching. We went to see House on the Rock, Taliesin (ages 8 only) and went tubing down the Wisconsin River (dogs need to be in canoes if using Wisconsin Riverside Resort). Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and even though there are neighbors, we couldn't see (trees) or hear anyone else from the deck and so it felt very private."

Stunning, serene, rustic house in the woods near Spring Green, Wisconsin
8/10 Good
"We came here to get away from Chicago fireworks over the 4th. While it was definitely quieter than the City, we did hear fireworks on the 3rd and 4th in the distance. It’s a cute space, but not exactly what I was expecting. Everything is just a little more weathered and aged than in the photos. The driveway is shared for the a house that sits on the top of the hill that this house is next to - only saw a car drive by a few times - so not exactly heavy traffic.Only 25 mins from Governor Dodge State Park which was great. It was extremely hot while we stayed (104*), but the AC and big ceiling fan did an amazing job."
Relax with beautiful views overlooking the Wisconsin River
10/10 Excellent
"The property was nice, clean and very bright. We enjoyed playing bags in the garage, as it rained most of our visit. Be aware it is located on a very busy road, but leashes on the dogs worked well. Would recommend."
The Driftless Escape! Modern, large cabin/57 private acres in WI drift less area

"Wonderful cabin if you are looking for some R&R. Far enough away to feel away from it all, but close enough to town for anything you need. Would highly recommend this cabin. RC Tacos is a must on your visit!"
150 Year Old Home Situated in the Picturesque Rolling Hills of Southwest WI
8/10 Good
"Great vintage farmhouse... much of the place had older furniture, items that gave you a feel that you stepped back in time. Reminded me of grandparents farm house. There are older picture and photo albums that give a feel your in a museum. We will visit again... but bring more people to fill up the house."
