"We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and stocked with all the basic items that are needed. It was also centrally located to be an easy drive to Blue Ridge as well as McCaysville. Loved our time sitting on the screened porch reading and listening to the water from the creek flowing by. The creek had easy access for my husband to do some fly fishing as well. We will definitely stay here again."

"10 Stars! This home is perfect! The cabin has absolutely stunning decor, so clean, comfy bed and the kitchen is completely stocked with beautiful amenities. The host is very communicative and friendly and the check in process was a breeze. The hot tub worked great and was very appreciated after a day hiking to the waterfalls. The absolute star of this home is the view. It is right on the river, you sit outside on the porch and you are over the river. The views are just as gorgeous from the inside of the cabin. The pictures just don’t do it justice! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back."

"Big Timber is an oasis with breathtaking views! You will not regret booking this home for any occasion for any size group! For us, the home comfortably slept 9 adults and 5 kids in what felt like individual hotel suites based on how the home is laid out, creating privacy with elevated decor within every bedroom and bathroom.Every amenity and supply was accounted for, and even the private chef we hired had every kitchen need met to prepare a gorgeous 4-course meal. The pool, hot tub, ice plunge and sauna made the property feel like a relaxing spa getaway!We enjoyed every inch of the property, from playing games in the lower common space, billiards in the garage, kids swinging, swimming and playing cornhole… and OMG the walk-in pantry! Even the outdoor TV was clutch in keeping the men out of way in the kitchen - we could cook in peace while they watched a golf tournament, so that’s ideal! LOLHost Faith’s communication leading up to and during the stay removed all the guess work from checking in and out and everything in between. If I can offer one piece of advice to renters, because we stayed in the springtime and the pollen and bugs were elevated, I wish I brought a broom to keep the patios clean during our stay. But that’s just the reality and joy of being in nature while nature is nature-ing. :) 10/10 - book this property!! "
