"Floor in bathroom was dirty and had hair pushed into the floor corners. The property was rundown and the room showed its age. Non-smoking policy was not enforced. Chose not to sit outside due to others smoking marijuana and cigarettes in common areas. There were bugs in the bathroom and when I disclosed to the front desk I was met with “that is typical for this time of year.” The front desk woman was nice and it wasn’t obviously her fault. I would’ve found another hotel, but wasn’t able to get a refund. Keep your standards low and your patience high if stay here. It was nice to be close to downtown, but there are other options for that!"

"Perfect place for a quick stay. Only issue was that the floors although laminate wood they were pretty dirty everything else was clean. Beds nice and clean! Staff was amazing and the coffee was great!"

"A busy Memorial Day weekend with lots of visitors from all over. We were on the second floor, really enjoyed our room, comfy, fitting. We could hear the people stomping above us and our room wasn’t cleaned every day unfortunately. Service was pretty good front desk guy was very nice(1 out of 2). Who was a nice edition, even the hot tub and the cabanas. Really happy for the breakfast, especially before a long day of hiking we took advantage of that every morning (along with everyone else!)"

"I will return to Moab just to stay at this hotel. It was excellent! Everything about it was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were amazing, they have free coffee and a coffee shop in the hotel. The outdoor pool was excellent. The pool was excellent and it was not a zoo."
