"The place is amazing, in the middle of the forest, difficult to get there due to road condition, moody road and raining days not a good combination. The place doesn't have a personal to help you. You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. We leave early morning due to not be able to take a shower we only had a 2 seconds warm water and then cold water. Wifi don't work eather. Ower doesn't want to refund. ...

"Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town"
