"We had an amazing week at this Lake Anna home! Communication was exceptional from start to finish. The owner, Steve, was incredibly responsive, and the property manager, Jenn, was SO friendly and helpful. The older home has so much charm and has been thoughtfully updated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the only thing missing was wine glasses. The hot tub was spotless, and Steve even provided beach towels. Just note that you'll need to bring your own bath towels and bed linens. The protected cove was perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming with no boat traffic. We loved the surprise ping-pong table, the fire pit overlooking the lake where we made s'mores almost every night, plus the included kayaks, paddleboards, fishing gear, and water trampoline. Jet ski rentals were incredibly easy. We texted Steve the night before, paid via Venmo, and Jenn arrived the next morning with the keys and a quick tutorial. When we had a mechanical issue, Steve responded within minutes, Jenn got the other jet ski out for us within 30 minutes, and Steve proactively offered a fair refund without us asking! We also loved the towables for the boat and larger jet ski. Steve's focus on safety really stood out by providing life jackets in every size and sending reminders to wear them. Our family usually vacations at the beach, but with older kids looking for more activities, this was exactly what we were hoping for! Staying again for sure!"
