Damage Protection: Insurance vs. Security Deposit
We offer two options for protecting your stay:

Security Deposit – A refundable amount held during your stay and returned after checkout if no damage is found.
Holiday Rental Insurance – A non-refundable, low-cost option that covers accidental damage up to a set limit.

Why We Recommend Insurance:
✔ Better Coverage – Protects against accidental damage beyond what a deposit covers.
✔ Less Upfront Cost – No need to tie up funds with a large deposit.
✔ Hassle-Free – No waiting for refunds or disputes after checkout.

For peace of mind and a smoother experience, we highly recommend choosing the holiday rental insurance option. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
