Located downtown in our beautiful Village of Minerva, Ohio & conveniently located within walking distance of many other local restaurants and grocery stores. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with floor to ceiling tile, large custom island with Quartz counter top, private outdoor patio, front porch with rocking chairs, breathtaking stone fireplace & tv and more! Absolutely beautiful place
This home was stunning, it has a very warm, cozy and comfortable vibe. We stayed there the night before a wedding. I was able to quickly communicate with the owners before and after check in. The neighborhood isn’t the prettiest I’ll be honest, but as soon as you step in the house it’s like night and day so it all depends on your preferences and needs for your trip
