"Everything was neat and clean. There were ample amenities as far as the kitchen goes, from a small ice maker to an Insta Pot. There was plenty of room for a large group although there were only four of us. Being completely transparent: The only down side is you have to request to change the temperature in the home. However, Paula was quick to respond and obliged both times I asked to have it adjusted. We did not use the hot tub or pool as it was alittle dirty. But it had also just stormed."

"Great place!! Clean, has everything you need, roomy, quiet and good location, we rode the Buffalo mountain, Devils Anse, Rockhouse and Braveheart trails. Pack of stray dogs was entertaining, wanted to take them home with us! Great little drive in restaurant in town, wouldn’t let me say the name on here, but had the best slaw dog I’ve ever had and milkshake! We will definitely stay here again!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Laurel House very much and hope to return. The cottage is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Derek, our host, was kind and helpful. This location was perfect for the Hatfield & McCoy Marathon Weekend. Overall, this cottage is the perfect home away from home."

"My husband and I loved our stay at the Red Dog Chalet!!! We don't get away too often and this is more than we could have asked for. The owners really did think of everything to make your stay feel like home. We were glad to be so close to the trails that we could ride in/ride out. We will be back!!!"
