Staff were lovely and location was great in Hanoi. However the plumbing wasn't the best and often left a smell. Also, I arrived early and they held my suitcase for me until check in time. Although this is kind, I would question the security behind this as i went in and out of that room a few times and other people's belongings were there. Seems like anyone could take it if they had to temporarily store something as well. Be aware it's very noisy on the street below.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile.
From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff is very helpful and kind. When they knew it was my birthday, they made a surprise, gave me cake and roses and decorated my bed with rose petals! It was a very nice surprise. The breakfast isn't from the building but very generous. Try their rice noodle soup, I regretted not having it every day and everything is very clean and AC stays on even when you leave the room. Maybe not eco-friendly but it's essential to survive the heat in town all year round. The Spa is not in the European style. You have to remeber.. it is Vietnan.
