Overall, a good stay. We arrived at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) and our room was not ready. The front desk clerk told us we had to wait or PAY to upgrade to get a room immediately. We chose to wait and waited about 20 minutes in the lobby. Room was pretty spacious for 4 adults (we got a double queen) ...
