Fulton Retreat - Downtown Minneapolis - 50th and France!

  • Beautiful 3 BR, 2 Bath home in fantastic Minneapolis Fulton Neighborhood location! Convenient location to US Bank Stadium, Downtown Minneapolis, and 50th and France bars and restaurants. Spacious family room, living room, cozy bedrooms! Off street parking, wonderful backyard for grilling and hanging out.

    The space
    Fully updated home with two bedrooms on the main level and master bedroom upstairs. Kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom all on the main level as well. The basement has a wonderful family room and laundry room. Summer bookings: There are window AC units on the main level and a wall AC unit in the master bedroom.

    Guest access
    Guests are able to access all areas of our home. Two storage areas in the basement will be locked.

    Other things to note
    Please note there are Arlo cameras outside the property in place for security reasons. There are no cameras in the home.

    In addition, we do have family pets. If pet allergies are an issue this may not be the property for you.
