Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I hope you choose to stay with me for your next St. Paul excursion!

Magnificent view!

Wonderful location with fantastic bay window that looks down on the neighborhood. The quaint place has all you need for your stay. It’s private but close to all the action. We had a great stay!

This is a nice 1 bedroom apartment on 2nd story. The vibes are zen and easy going and we enjoyed walking to the Grand Ave area. The neighborhood has many unique homes to enjoy the views. The host was interested in our comfort.

St. Paul Vibes

This upstairs apartment is in a great location. A few minutes walk connects you with a delightful variety of restaurants on Grand Avenue. Highly recommend Bread and Chocolate. Como park and downtown St.Paul are a short drive away.

A great stay on a hill

We came to St Paul for the weekend. Did some hiking, visited a coffee shop and had dinner with friends. This VRBO was a perfect fit. We had plenty of space, it was quiet, it was close to where we wanted to be and our host was easy to contact.

Great place - A+ stay

Hockey trip

Wonderful apartment in Saint Paul

This apartment is on the second floor of a home in the Cathedral Hill district of Saint Paul, a lovely older residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to many nice restaurants on Grand Avenue. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with a full kitchen, living room, quiet bedroom and full bath. There is cable television. Overall, a lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood. The host checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly, and it was. I would definitely stay there again.
