The owners/management were efficient and helpful communicating from booking until check out and were a pleasure to work with. The property was spotlessly clean and cozy upon arrival, (super easy check-in, really good water pressure), charming building, and great neighborhood. We had a lovely stay and will be booking again. Great location and great amenities. It is a basement apartment and the upstairs neighbors are loud. Very hard to get a quiet night's rest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All communication with owner was timely and excellent. Extremely responsive. Unit was a little smaller than what we imagined, but very nicely decorated and in a very convenient location, with easy access to both Minneapolis and St Paul. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend!

Air conditioning and humidity

While my stay the unit I was assigned to the air conditioner leaked water everywhere and I was unable to use the cooling system and that created a overwhelming humid and hot apartment the manager and myself agreed to give back a refund and I checked out a week early
