Cozy Lake Cottage - Designer Home

  • Welcome to our cozy cottage by Lake Minnetonka! You're only a short walk from downtown Wayzata. The home was renovated with 95% salvaged materials.

    There is a full kitchen, combo w/d, and A/C & heat.

    The cottage has private access to a patio and screened porch in the back.

    The master suite includes a gas fireplace and smart TV. Master bath includes a soaking tub & large shower. There is a separate 1/2 bath in the main living area.

    There is a separate unit in the basement with a private entrance.
