Very friendly staff. Gave free fresh warm cookies upon check-in. Parking garage was pretty sketch and was an extra $30. There is no free parking near the hotel.

There isn't much parking and they need to mark that better. Staff was great. Hotels.com screwed up our booking. I booked a 2 queen suite and Hotels.com changed it to a king. Not the hotel's fault. They were very nice about it. The room was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I found the furniture dirty in the lobby which is the last place I would expect. Big picture the hotel looks great; but things like seeing dirt around the bathtub, and the vanity was disappointing. The property was conveniently located. It was close to shopping, various eateries, and the convention center where the volleyball tournament was held. The pics of the hotel showed a pool but no pool was onsite. Trash was not picked up daily and we stayed there for 6 days. The staff was nice.

Unclear where to check in vs where to park. Staff hung up on us twice while asking for help. At checkin staff was dismissive and rude. The bed didn’t have a blanket on it upon arrival; had to request it 3 times before getting a blanket 90 minutes later. Housekeeping brought us items we didn’t request. It was a convenient location to restaurants but overall the experience was negative.

I had a beautiful room, actually three rooms which included a separate living room. Both the bedroom and living room had big flat screen TVs, although the channel selection was minimal which didn;t even include ESPN. The location is good being within walking distance of the central city and Target Field. No included breakfast but there's a decent diner a few blocks away.

Could not get the room to cool down at night. The bed was very hard. The pillows were way too soft. The bathroom was so small that you either had to go to the bathroom with the door open. I’ll go to the bathroom with it completely closed the roof smelled There were no trash cans but one of the bathroom. The food in the dining room is very limited these chairs and boost sync when you sat, but all the staff was very fun.

Great location near the U.S Bank center for concerts. Staff was great other than the evening female check in clerk as she was not welcoming. Not so great ting was that there is no prior mention that they hotel will charge you 30 USD dollars to park your car in their lot for each day you stay.
