The location was great as it was close to my doctor appointment at Fairview. The front desk person was very nice, and the parking was awesome. It had a garage door that you scan your key to get into. Felt good knowing my vehicle was clean in a good and safe location. The thing that really bothered me was at about 8:45am the day I was leaving, I was getting ready to get into the shower and the cleaning lady just walks in. She didn’t even knock or anything, it just really bothered me!

Front desk staff was a bit rude. Several people was looking at items to purchase and he said I should wait to check in after they was done. Instead of informing them he would check me in and then return to them. He was also rude about parking and told me I could go check in somewhere else if I felt unsafe.

Good location, walkable to the campus areas, restaurants. Restaurant/bar at the hotel was not open which was unfortunate. Room was very warm, had trouble with thermostat and the coffee maker didn’t work properly. Kids loved the pool. Overall would definitely stay again if traveling to that area.

Nice hotel. The all you can eat restaurant should’ve been more clear that you have to pay to eat. Was charged about $20 for a simple bacon and eggs

It’s close to UMN; the room were large and clean. Everything was at it’s place. I would stay again. We took public transportation to various locations (target, TJMax, TJ, art museums) from this hotel and it was convenient l.

Limited parking so had to park in parking ramp nearby. Nice to have Starbucks onsite as well as help yourself coffee. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Hilton app for for access didn't work well changed back to access card and much better. Limited service in morning and coffee was completely empty and not being looked after. It's the simple things that frustrate. Garage was, unusual with discarded carpeting, older discarded air conditioning units etc. Why? It's the parking area don't fill with construction. But entry was fine, lighting good and good security.

property was supposed to near mn state fair grounds---it was not as close as noted and was told they would not be responsible for my vehicle if not parked in garage and then added an extra 30 dollars for parking--this was mentioned anywhere when i booked room

I was never greeted or welcomed or offered help or information in any way. Staff was not professional or hospitable. My car was broken into and many things stolen from me while parked in their parking garage and they had no reaction or response when I reported it. The room itself was nice but the guest services left a lot to be desired.
