I walked into this property and it was filthy. For an "IHG" property is was disgusting. As a solo-woman traveler I did NOT feel safe at this hotel. It was so bad that I immediately turned around and left and went to another hotel. The rooms were filthy and it was not worth sacrificing my safety or cleanliness to save a few dollars. Never will stay here again.

Front desk staff upon arrival were VERY professional and kind. Upgraded our room after we found someone in our assigned room. Hotel quiet. Front desk staff very accommodating and pleasant!

The hotel was nice, as well as the hot breakfast. Had a good variety of breakfast options… Just wish they also offered bacon. Who doesn’t love bacon for breakfast?!? The staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. The indoor pool/hot tub area, was very clean. Will most likely stay here again on my next visit.

I appreciated the convenience of this hotel right off the highway, but even more than the convenience, it was comfortable, clean, and classy. The breakfast was great! I would definitely stay again!

Christmas in St. Paul
Rating was affected by the fact the property was in the middle of a renovation. The lobby seating area and breakfast areas were closed. There were construction materials stacked around in places, spacers beret floor tiles that had not been grouted yet, etc. I would guess the property will be in great shape once the project is completed. The front desk staff was very friendly.

It was just ok. My husband and I wanted to use the hot tub but there were kids in the pool area. We went back down 2 other times and they were still there. We never got to enjoy the hot tub

This has been our place to stay when we visit family in the area but this stay was not as comfortable as it has been in the past. We constantly had issues with our room keys and had to return to desk to get new keys almost every time we returned to our room. The key always worked to the fitness room but never to our room. Also the room heater constantly made an annoying noise when it turned on and tried to heat the room. We alerted the management and a service guy was sent to check on it but it was never fixed so we just turned it off entirely and had to hope that the room would maintain its heat for comfort. Typically this is an excellent location and stay for us; it is very clean; very friendly front desk and awesome breakfast lay out.

Disturbances from next room until 4am gave us not even close to a restful night’s sleep. Notified desk at midnight and they followed up, but 5 minutes later it resumed. I would expect another follow up by staff to make sure it was resolved but was not done. Room was just down the hall from front desk, so easy to check on. Paid for a room that we got little value for and most likely would never stay here again. Property was clean and staff friendly enough, but did not serve this customer properly

The front desk guy at night was very helpful due to my late arriving time to the hotel. Well, water didn't drain well when i took a shower in room 314 where i stayed. Other than that, it was great stay to fit my schedule. And, their breakfast was good.

The room had a faint cigarette smoke odor. Tried to get a receipt when checking out. No one was at the desk, and no one answered the phone number they left for you to call. Entrance to hotel was taped off when I arrived for check in. Not easily discernable how to get in the hotel. Staff seemed bored.
