"The property was great. The only thing that wasn’t was the morning desk clerk on October 20. Short, crabby, cold coffee in the lobby. Practically barked at us when we asked if we could go on the earlier shuttle saying “no, It’s full”. When the shuttle came it wasn’t full. Seriously every thing else was great"
