About this property

Lovely Lake Minnetonka Suite

  • Lovely lower level studio walkout with stunning panoramic views of lake Minnetonka. There is a separate locked entry to assure privacy-access is to the left of driveway down an 11 step walkway. Outdoor area features fire pit, bistro table for four and gas grille. Plus hammock to relax and take in beautiful lake views. Shared Dock space for a boat provided.. Boat rental available just a block away at Bay to Bay Boat Club.

    All usage of any watercraft is at your own risk. There is a lakeside restaurant within walking distance called Lost Bay, at the Caribbean marina-Two blocks from the cottage.
    There is a beach, park and tennis court just 2 blocks away. The Lake Minnetonka Regional trail is located just 2 miles away. The quaint lakeside town of Excelsior is a short 3 mile bike or drive.
    This is a shared property, but guests have complete privacy, seperate entry, complete kitchen and bath.
