Wonderful rental

U of M visit

The neighborhood is great. House is within walking distance to parks, trails along the Mississippi, Minnehaha Falls. We drove to Sculpture Garden, St. Paul, Como Zoo, Mall of America, etc. It was a great place to relax after a busy day.

Charming home

This was a very comfortable place for our out-of-state family members to stay during an extended visit to our family living in the charming Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis. We've stayed here twice and will book again for future visits.

Immaculate

Spotless with up-to-date appliances and well-appointed rooms. Large TV in living room and TVs in each bedroom. Walking distance to Winchel Trail on the Mississippi River. There were plenty of towels as well as complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Keurig coffee maker with plenty of pods of a variety of coffees. Be sure to walk to Lynettes for breakfast, brunch, and dinner.

Pleasant home, newly updated

This rental worked out very nicely for myself, husband, and two kids in elementary school. We always look for a place to stay with separate bedrooms and separate beds for our kids, either twins or bunks as it's easier to sleep than a hotel room. We liked the snacks and treats on our pillows too! The house is very tastefully renovated and decorated.

The house was very clean and inviting. Easy parking and great location to explore parks in the area and close to trails that are great for running/sight seeing. We used the Metro Transit app and were able to take a bus (walked only a block or two) to the blue line to get to Target field with ease. We traveled with a child (5) and two adults. Would recommend and would stay again!

Perfect for our needs

Nice updated unit that suited our needs perfectly. Beds were very comfortable, AC kept the place comfortable, and the kitchen was just what we needed. Great to have access to the laundry in the basement as well.

We stayed at 4102 46th Ave S while visiting our daughter who lives in the neighborhood. It was nice to have more space and amenities than a hotel, plus room for grandchildren to stay with us for a night or two.

Sweet, Clean, Cozy Stay

We have been visiting St. Paul for two years regularly and have stayed in hotels. We thought we’d try out this VRBO because our son and his friend were coming along too. The duplex was just adorable and newly renovated. Close to walks, restaurants and the University of St. Thomas where our daughter attends. It was very clean, and had extra towels, pillows, soaps, etc. We were able to make a home cooked meal with everything that was in the well stocked kitchen with new appliances. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely rent again.

Great place

It is a great spot. We stayed there for a concert in St. Paul at the Xcel Energy Center. The house is very clean, very easy to access, very comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s easy to get to either downtowns of the Twin Cities. Do yourself a favor and go to the Blue Door Pub around the corner for a Juicy Lucy.

Birthday Weekend

My mom, sister and I traveled to Minneapolis for my mom's 72nd birthday. We went to the Chris Stapleton and George Strait concert at US Bank Stadium. This property was close to the airport, shopping and our event. It was clean, the beds were amazing, it was spacious for three and was in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking along the Mississippi River and eating at Hi-Lo right down the street. We are already planning a trip back.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The rental home was spotless, updated, nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the security system and felt comfortable and safe, as I was traveling alone. Olvin’s immediate response to my request for additional salt on the walk way between the house and the car was impressive and appreciated. This is a rental home I will definitely be coming back to.
