Furnished with couch and secretary table. Newly remodeled full kitchen. Easy walking distance to The Wedge Coop and Aldi grocery as well as many dine in or take-out restaurants.

A wonderful apartment close to restaurants, museums and shopping. Kitchen was pretty well outfitted. Place was quite clean and very comfortable for a single traveler. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment Loft

I wish we could have stayed longer! The loft is beautiful and close to lots of restaurants/bars and only about a 20 minute walk from Loring Park. Would stay here again.

Had a 2 night trip in the city, this place was warm, safe and comfortable. Owner was very communicative and polite. Would happily stay again.

Great place, great location!

Such a cute place, very clean and in a great location. Perfect for waking up on a chilly fall day and walking for coffee and breakfast on Lyndale.Owner was also very attentive and quick to respond when I had questions. Ihighlyrec recommend staying here!

Fantastic property.

Located in a great neighborhood with alot of restaurants and venues close by to visit. The property was very roomy for my girlfriend and me. Strongly recommend this place to rent if in Minneapolis.

Apartment was perfect for us, just a few blocks away from our kids for Thanksgiving. Very comfortable. Easy checkin. Could have used a few more towels for a 5 night stay. Owner was easy to work with. Will stay again if possible. Convenient location to businesses on Lyndale.

Uptown get away

The property was well maintained,very clean and kitchen was equipped with dishwasher. Great bed, good linens,well stocked essentials with washer and dryer in unit. Host was always very quick to answer questions and was very gracious. I stayed a week and was very comfortable,it's a great apartment rental! Neighborhood was quiet and was an easy walk to coffee shops etc.

Decent stay

I'm a light sleeper, so it probably wasn't the best place for me (triplex, where you could hear others through the wall). Otherwise it was fine and Paul was a good host.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights with my teenage son. It was a great place to stay for us. Large bed in the bedroom and futon in the living room for my son. Don't think dorm room futon though, much better quality. Place was very clean and modern, more bells and whistles than I needed. (Ex: Bluetooth {Bathroom?} vent fan.) Host was very good at communication.

Weekend trip to the T.C. area

My spouse and I took a long weekend trip to Minneapolis and this spot was perfect for what we were wanting. The location was good in relation to being in the Uptown Neighborhood and not far from Downtown and I-94. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Only downside for us was parking could be a challenge if we got back to the apartment late, as it was street parking and that often filled up quick. Other than that, would definitely book here again.

Lowry Hill

The rental was newly renovated and very clean. The owner provided almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The bed was comfie. A little stingy on the towels. We got two bath towels, one hand towel, and one kitchen towel. Not enough for two people for three nights. Also, directions for the tv and sleep number bed would have been appreciated. Parking is on the street right now as owner is building a garage and entry way in the back. You can tell the owner cares about this property but it is a work in progress.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home.
