The space

Our 4-bedroom, 1,900 sq foot home is located near the Como neighborhood of Saint Paul allowing easy access to popular restaurants, bars and breweries along with all of the attractions the Twin Cities has to offer. Whether you’re traveling with family, to reconnect with friends or on business, this home offers all of the conveniences you’d expect including a fully stocked kitchen and onsite laundry.

Upstairs: There are four bedrooms including two primary bedrooms, each with a king size bed and smart TV. The other two bedrooms each contain a queen bed. There are two full size bathrooms with towels and soap.

Main Level: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and items you would expect and offers a breakfast nook sitting area. There is a dining room table offering a great space for meals or playing games. The living room offers a great area to socialize including a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights and a smart TV. A main level bathroom is available off of the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer available for use.

Outside: There is a grill available for use and a patio table and chairs to gather outdoors for meals (weather permitting of course!). And, a firepit is also available in the backyard for those cozy evening bonfires.

No parties or events, our neighbors love us and appreciate that we’re providing an exceptional short-term rental in our darling neighborhood. Please, no visitors past 10:00 p.m.

Guest access

The home offers digital contactless check-in/check-out allowing for flexibility when you arrive and depart. There is a private driveway for parking and there is also plenty of street parking..
