Celeste of St Paul

Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America
Call Expedia in advance to make sure they had add free breakfast, free parking and working Jacuzzi. We bought, we were told they had all of that. So we booked the room and showed up there. And Jacuzzi is shut down until October. The breakfast is not free or included, and you must pay for parking. ...

I was charged $16.28 and this was a pre-paid reservation. There should be no charges and there is no number to call the hotel directly. Terrible customer service for a hotel.
