"I found the hotel easy to locate, and parking was generally available. Although the lot was quite full on the day I visited, I was still able to find a parking space without issue. The breakfast offered a decent selection of items, and there were some products available for purchase at the property. However, there were some cleanliness issues. The room was generally clean, but I noticed dust on the coffee station and near the TV, indicating they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, there was an unpleasant incident at the front desk: my sister purchased some snacks & other items, and when she asked for a receipt after my sister paid for, the first employee didn't provide one. A second employee then argued with her over requesting an itemized receipt. By law, as a paying customer, I should be handed a receipt without any questions or disputes, and this situation felt unprofessional and suspicious, making us question whether the hotel might be overcharging guests. Overall, I would rate this property three stars due to these issues."

"The rooms were clean although some spots (like the shower head) could have used some upgrades. The pool was small but it worked well and was warm. Unfortunately, the walls were thin because if your neighbor decided to be loud, you could easily hear it. The breakfast was great although while we were there, the warm food choices ran out. The staff we interacted with were pleasant. And parking was easy. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stop like we used it for. "

"We came to Groton for a 2-night getaway. The hotel was fine, if a bit worn, but unfortunately there had been a fire in one of the rooms the day before we arrived. Although the hotel staff worked hard to fix things, the hallways smelled very strongly of smoke. There was no smoke odor in our room, though. The room was very large and quite pleasant."

"The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night. Location is close to shopping and dining options. Would definitely stay again. "

"The stay itself was nice. Some of the clients of the hotel seemed sketchy. I was approached in the hallway and solicited. So that wasn't pleasant. My boyfriend reported it to the feont desk after I left. I am not sure if anything was done about it."

"Room was not equipped with trash bags for trash. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, there was an overwhelming musty, mold like smell like there had been a leak somewhere and the rugs were not properly cared for after. Our room thermostat was broken and unable to hold a steady temperature making it either extremely cold or extremely hot in the bedroom part of our suite. The refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold and the TVs did not function properly. "

"This look like it was a newer property, which is very nice, but we did have a issue. There were black bugs. Found one on the bed and the other in the bathroom, I’m assuming because the room on the first floor. "
