HOUSE WITH POOL, TENNIS COURT AND BARBECUE, 200 METERS FROM THE BEACH AND 1 KM. OF THE GOLF COURSE. IT HAS THREE ROOMS, FIVE BEDS, TWO BATHROOMS AND A TOILET. LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, FOUR TERRACES, THREE WITH SEA VIEWS AND ONE WITH POOL VIEWS, WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS TO ENJOY MEALS. THREE KM FROM MIND AND EIGHT FROM PUENTEDEUME. IT IS 20 MINUTES FROM LA CORUÑA AND 15 FROM FERROL. THE MOTORWAY TO BE ABLE TO TRAVEL IS TWO KILOMETERS.

EXCELENTE - MUY RECOMENDABLE

La casa es maravillosa, estaba impecable, tanto en decoración como en limpieza. A 5 minutos de la playa a con una comunicación a la autovía perfecta. La urbanización agradable y la piscina no genera incomodidades. Por indicar algo, hay gatos que transitan por la parcela y usan los muebles de la terraza.

Fijne woning met fantastisch uitzicht

Het is een grote en comfortabele woning met drie ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een apart toilet. Daarnaast is er in de kleder nog een garage en wasruimte. Op elke woonverdieping is er fantastisch uitzicht op de baai en de zee. Het huis heeft meerdere balkons en een ruime tuin/terras. Verder is er een lekker ruim zwembad en een tennisbaan. De omgeving is prachtig en het strand is op loopafstand. Kortom, wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad met ons gezin
