Great flat, straightforward check-in procedure and flexible payment options. Their office is located nearby in case if you have to pay cash prior to checking in. Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options.

The first impression was not good at all! No one mention that to get the access to the property we will have to go somewhere else. After a very long trip we arrived to the address and couldn’t get in! We were lucky that people on the street were helpful and let us use their phone to contact the office as our phones would not work in Belarus. Then we had to make another trip to the office and then back again back to the place of the stay! That was awful experience when everyone is tired and with all the luggage and not being able to call the taxi! The property location is good. The code on the flat door is too long to remember so you constantly have to have the note of it with you. The internet disappear one day because someone forgot to pay for it but gladly that was sorted out quick. The flat looks tired but liveable. Owner defiantly needs to invest to the pillows as what is there can’t be called pillow and should not be used at all! Don’t think we will stay at this property again

SCAM. The apartment is located more than 2 km away from the city center relative to the location shown on the map, which is where their office is. The lady there could have told me this before I paid, but why should she? She said that "everybody knows" that the location on the map is the location of the office! I wanted to cancel but she said that then I have to write to their headquarters and then be on their mircy to get a refund. She wasn't even able to give me precise instructions on how to get there so I had to come all the way back. When I finally got in, the apartment turned out to be terribly hot because it is oriented towards Southwest and there is no airconditioning. If I open a window then it is terribly noisy because it is just above a busy street. Cutlery was set up for meal on the dining table but it was visible that someone was eating with the fork. There is old tea and coffee but no way to prepare it. There are stains on the sofa. On the upside, there is a washing mashine and a subway station is in front of the building.

STINKS LIKE SMOKE, DIRTY! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I booked this apartment as an alternative to a hotel. It was for myself, my elderly mother and 2 kids. We were coming for my mother’s emergency medical treatment. The website advertised it as non-smoking. However, that was not the case. Upon entering the apartment, we felt the cigarette smoke. I could tell that people smoke there all the time. In addition to that there was glitter on the floor, crumbs on the coffee table and pieces of salad on the floor. I immediately called customer service of the apartments. They didn’t even apologize but instead told me that yes, sometimes their guests smoke and that there’s nothing they could do about it. I told them it’s unacceptable! They said that they could send someone to clean the apartment but we would have to leave it for at least 2 hours and that it wouldn’t guarantee smoke smell removal. What? I demanded to speak to the manager. They were rude, told me there’s no manager, then each person I spoke to said they were the manager. It was a mess! I said that I need a place to stay and since they screwed up they should own their mistake and offer an alternative. They lied there was no alternative, then they offered an apartment on the other side of the city and when I asked them if they guarantee there’s no smoke smell there, the answer was NO! I had no choice but to go and stay in Hilton. They knew I left because a person showed up to check the apartment when I was leaving. Nobody ever called or apologized or offered a refund!

Good flat for 2 couples, but there are some minuse

The flat in the Niezavysumosty 39-107 was big and comfortable for 2 couples. It has 2 separate areas for the double beds, the spacious kichen and the common area. It also has 2 separate bathrooms next to the bedrooms. The flat is in a comfortable location of the city, not so far from the main attraction points. Free parking outside. Easy to find the recepcion, which is nearby. What we did not like is that the smell of smoking was really huge probably left from previous guests, even though it is strictly prohibited by the owners. We informed the owners about that through whatsapp, but nobody replied or apologised. Also some minor things in the flat are missing / broken: towel for the kitchen, water streams in the shower heads were wery weak. By the way, the kitchen furniture and the jakuzzi are made from plastic.

We liked the condition and cleannes of the apartment. A disadvantage for us was that there was no elevator: it was on the 4th floor, we are both in our seventies and one of us has a knee problem. This photo is also a little confusing

Da jeg ankom stedet var det blitt kansellert pga feilkommunikasjon mellom hotellet og reisebyrådet. Noen hadde fortalt hotellet at jeg var syk og de hadde ingen rom tilgjengelige. Måtte derfor bestille på nytt med lang tlf samtale fra utlandet. Brukte flere timer på dette. Sølvkre og edderkopper på badet. Lite appetittelig. Vannkoker var skitten: hadde rester med «groing» på seg. Dusjen manglet forheng. Et søl hver gang man skal skylle seg. Begge sengene manglet overmadrasser, på den ene kunne man kjenne kraftige fjøringer i ryggen. Den ene i reisefølget orket ikke å sove der i det hele tatt og så seg nødt til å ta inn på et hotell. Mangelfullt innhold i boligen ellers. Manglet noe glass osv... som om man flytter inn i en delvis møblert bolig, men håndkler fantes det. Tilstedeværelse av lokalbefolkning som ofte sto og røykte ved inngangspartiet. Disse viste seg å være veldig hyggelige, men røyken er kanskje sjenerende for enkelte. Lokasjonen var perfekt. Gangavstand til barstripen med mer. Veldig sentralt.

チェックインはスムーズ、アパートの場所もスーパー、地下鉄に近くとてもよかった。ただアメニティが少なく、歯ブラシなど備えてなかったのが残念。 Wifiも早いが時々途切れていた。ただ微々たる問題なので次回来た時も同じところに泊まりたい。

Trevlig lägenhet i hjärtat av Minsk.

Fantastisk bra läge. Personalen ska dock lära sig att följa med till lägenheten som låg långt borta och svår att hitta. Dessutom ska man inte tvingas skriva under ett antal obegripliga dokument. Lägenheten var dock mysig, ren och rimlig. Trappuppgången var oftast mörk då belysningen fungerade till och från. I sovrummet saknades en liten lampa vid sängen. Kommer definitivt tillbaka hit nästa gång.

В общем положительно кв на ул. Мясникова 34.

Из минусов: еле теплые батареи, было прохладно, нет стиральной машинки, проблемы с wi-fi были, микроволновку привезли на третий день только..., мебель ушатаная..., не было шампуня и геля для душа, полотенца тонкие дешевые не большого размера...

The description here could be better

This place is not at the listed address, this is for a booking office.. You will actually stay at an apartment somewhere within the city.. THis was not clear to me and a bit dissapointing upon arrival. The agency text messaged me the day of my arrival and offered airport transfer service. I wish I had known this sooner because I had researched and found a different service to use. On the Hotels.com site there is no way to contact the hotel through email. This is a downfall for me as I am always limited to talk time but can email more frequent. The apartment was VERY clean and good size, but the crying baby and the domestic arguments between the couple in the flat next to me were a bit much late in the night. Between that and a mattress that felt like stone Im glad to have had the alcohol to knock me out to sleep.

It was very nice on the inside, smaller rooms but nice! The neighboring areas weren't that clean but it's a street away from the city. Not bad!

Description is innacurate.

Although the room is ok, the location is hard to find. The address is for the office only. The room for rent is miles away. It is street parking and I didn't feel secure to leave the car. We decided not to stay in the apartment and just look for another hotel. It is cheap rent for a room and might be more suited for transient travelers.
