Ho soggiornato dal 7-14 agosto, appartamento molto grande e spazioso, e con una vasca molto bella in camera.Al nostro arrivo abbiamo subito riscontrato un grande problema con l’acqua calda.Per i restanti giorni, mi sono tenuta in contatto con i proprietari di casa che se così si può dire hanno “provato a trovare una soluzione” ma con scarsi risultati.Non è intervenuto nessun tecnico, se non la moglie che inizialmente è entrata nell’appartamento, ma con scarsi risultati e noi per un intera settimana abbiamo dovuto fare le docce in due.Perché l’acqua era calda ma appena l’abbiamo accesa, nemmeno nell’arco di 10 minuti era diventata gelida.Nel giorno seguente mi hanno chiesto i documenti fisici del ragazzo che alloggiava con me che è italiano, per la registrazione.(Nel massimale di 10 giorni non necessitava di nessuna registrazione e per assicurarsi di queste informazioni abbiamo contattato chi di competenza)Di seguito ho dovuto litigare con la moglie perché era stata molto insistente, con chiamate, messaggi e modi di parlare anche molto scorbutici.Perché necessariamente aveva bisogno dei suoi documenti.A quel punto non avevamo più nulla da fare se non provare a contattare l’assistenza clienti.Essa anche con scarsi risultati.In generale siamo rimasti molto amareggiati, non ci aspettavamo quest’accoglienza da parte loro, nonostante il nostro problema è stato un vero disagio per noi.

Отличное местоположение в центре! Большая, просторная квартира со множеством возможностей размещения вещей, хорошо организованы спальные места! Кухня хорошо оборудована, для приготовления и приема пищи все есть, от вилок и ложек и до сковородок и кастрюль! Квартировладелец всегда на связи!
