"The location is superb. It’s on a quiet street and the apartment is quiet. The building (which is small) appears to have been recently renovated. All the fixtures and appliances worked well. The rooms are spacious enough. The air conditioning worked very well and was adjustable in each room. Nous ne connaissions pas le coin et nous avons été bien guidé par la personne de la conciergerie qui nous a fourni un petit guide et de bons conseils. "This maisonette is situated in the middle of every decent attraction within a 5k radius. There is something to see in every direction. The host, Tremulu-Michel, is extremely helpful, friendly and unimposing. I travelled across the whole southwest coast of France and my stay there was by far the most stress free and interesting. "We have recently stayed at this property and we couldn’t fault it - on arrival I asked if we could have a river view room instead of the one we were allocated and this was swiftly changed - the whole building was spotlessly clean and the apartment had everything we needed. There is a supermarket next door which we used frequently and the tram stop is just across the road…..fantastic! "
