"The views of the gulf cannot be beat from this unit. Easy check in. There are books and games and brochures of local things to check out. Kitchen well equipped. I would update some of the towels and linens/bedding just to be a little more modern and plush but nothing wrong with what’s there. Just a recommendation. AC worked great, loved the beach chairs available. Balcony furniture was great to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine while looking over the emerald water. Would definitely stay...

"The property was clean and appears to be recently renovated. I love the Seascape complex and its completely gated entrance that the condo resides in. It is within easy walking distance to the beach, popular restaurants, shopping and complex amenities. I would not hesitate to stay at this place again if the opportunity ever presented itself."

"It was a very good vacation with the family. Good accommodations, clean, beach amenities in our room, nice people. Unfortunately, La Dolce Vita the umbrella rental company Absolutely Hogged the beach front view for approximately 2 miles. The umbrella/chair rental is definitely necessary for some. Due to the extreme hogging of the prime beachfront view I can’t say I’ll be back."

"Gorgeous condo and resort! This condo was spotlessly cleaned, beautifully decorated and we loved the location! Only negative was porch looked out over parking lot but still a lovely porch! This resort is hands down a 5 star but we were disappointed that the pool located in the Luau didn't have it's heater on when we arrived. It was turned on about a week into our stay. I would assume it would have been on all through the winter months. Hands down would stay here again! We loved it!"

"It was very clean and a nice big space for our family of 5 (adults). We let loved that it faced the beach and was just a short walk away. Pool/hot tub was nice and clean. My only complaint was checkout was way too early. We will definitely be back. "

"Beautiful views from the balcony and easy check in. Covered parking was nice. The host was also great with communication. Right across the street from Baytowne Wharf with lots of restaurants and shopping that you can walk to or drive. Easy access to the beach. The condo was perfect for two."

"The unit was very clean, and it has everything that you would need. We enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi. There were a bunch of options for sports, and there were some great food options within walking distance."

"Nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, located on the second floor. Very well maintained. The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk, many swimming pools and activities to do on site such as fishing, golf and biking. Unfortunately the internal parking lot is not big enough and when leaving at night I had to park outside about 5 minutes from the building. The area is very safe. It took me a little while to get to the location the first time, I called the hoster and she gave me more...
