Front desk staff very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Welcome drink and hot towel on arrival was refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is central to favourite food haunts, shopping malls and the waterfront.

Nice little hotel

Service of all staffs are very good. Hotel. It new but very well kept. Its very clean. I like their lemonade welcome drink. Probably need to improve on breakfast set to be bigger portion and free flow of coffee. The bathroom may be inconvenient for elderly because u need to leap up to the bath up for shower. Surroundings are conveniences with lots of shops and food

overall it was an ok stay however they didn't restock the amenities, no parking was provided and noisy ongoing construction work in the mornings. Additionally, in the evenings the lobby has a powerful sewer smell which wasn't pleasant when you first walked in. The pillows in the hotel were too flat which causes my neck to hurt.

Feel warm. When I reach there they give us a drink n a warm tower for refreshments. Room is clean. Like the stay. Only WiFi networks is too week.

Lovely stay

It's a staycation. The room was comfortable and lovely. Location was ideal too with imperial mall just right across the street. Ordered the room service, pasta was decent. You can also order food delivery as well. So many choices in the area. Definitely recommend to stay at this hotel

Warm and friendly frontdesk staff. Overall hotel design is contemporary but room was an odd shape and very small for two people. Tough to keep room neat as there was insufficient storage furniture. No vegan food options. Located in a convenient area with easy access to supermarket, food, cafes and banking facilities. Short drive to airport.

Good for this price

Hotel is convenient except if you are driving because it's off street public parking. Room is spacious and comfortable for this price. Staffs are helpful and offered me a pack breakfast when I need to check out early at 7am. Two things to improve are the hairdryer and room lightings. You need to keep pressing the Hairdryer to function and it's very weak for lady with long hair. The room is too dim and difficult to do work. Otherwise everything is satisfactory.
