"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. "Great location. Friendly staff. While it looks clean there are corners and spots of lack of hygiene. Also when u ask for room cleaning they only do the bed. They don’t clean the bathrooms or replace glasses or clean the room. The make shift gym was also very dirty and I had to ask them multiple times to clean it. The jacuzzi while I seen the worker clean it- I didn’t think it was clean enough. Also while breakfast is included in the package- 1 morning we were told there is no buffet and we had to order whatever we wanted from eggs and Indian dosas. While overall a good place and staff are helpful - would expect more for what we pay for"
