  • Our bastide located at the foot of Mirmande, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, offers you an unforgettable getaway in the Drôme Provençale.
    In the middle of 6ha of land including 1ha of garden planted with hundred-year-old trees, the property offers the necessary shade to enjoy the heat of the South and the company of the cicadas in a peaceful and privileged setting.
    Spacious house with authentic charm, it has 7 comfortable bedrooms arranged on 2 levels. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 13 people.
    It has a large terrace on the south side with a superb view of the village, a secure swimming pool, table tennis, swing, sandpit, children's games, barbecue, baby equipment (high chairs, cots, changing tables) and wifi.
    Located only a few minutes from Montélimar, the bastide benefits from an ideal location to enjoy the many attractions of the region, such as the vineyards, the hilltop villages of the Provençal Drôme and outdoor activities (canoeing, tree climbing circuit, hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding...)
