"It was my worst hotel experience in my life. We agreed on airport pickup and dropoff service total of $8 and the next day they asked for 8 for each way Total of 16! There's a text from hotel confirming pick up AND drop off TOTAL price $8 however they woke me up and called me downstairs to reception twice to tell this. We landed at 5am so I booked a cheap hotel so my mum and I could sleep. I asked and was offered an extra hour to check out at 1pm. This meant we had a really good nights rest. The hotel not only served its purpose well, I requested a packed lunch as we would miss breakfast (which was included in the price).
