  • An old, characterful, stone house at the foot of Izery Mountains, set in a secluded and charming countryside location. This is a perfect place for all those who love to enjoy the beautiful views and relax in peace and quiet surrounded by unspoiled nature, away from the hustle and bustle of civilisation. 500sq metres over 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and generous living space including a kitchen, dining room a living room, and 120m2 multifunctional attic room ( living /play/ workshop room), all decorated in a cozy, rustic and ethic style. 3000m2 garden. The house is located just 10km away from Świeradów-Zdrój which is a great location for skiing. The skiing slope measures 2.5 km in length and has a several trails of varying degrees of difficulty.
    In summer time the local attractions include stunning panoramic views, hiking and biking trails, castles and lakes with beaches and swimming facilities.
