Otherwise all was good! And the check in was at 3 pm will usually is at 11 am kinda late ! Thank you so much!"

"Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only). Comfortable beds and pillows. One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had."

"Amazing view from the room of the Akashi Kaikyou bridge and fantastic breakfast buffet with both western and Japanese food. Luxury communal bath was also fantastic and appreciate it being open late with spa quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and a few lotions and cleansers. Peaceful location in mostly residential area but close enough by train to Tarumi, Akashi, Kobe and Himeji which all offer lots of dining and shopping options as well as sightseeing. Room amenities included pajamas, slippers all necessary toiletries, hair dryer, small fridge, electric kettle, cofee, tea, and bottled water. 10 min walk from Maiko station is a little uphill and may be tough in the summer heat with luggage, but short taxi ride is also an option from the station. There is an elevator that will get you up the final hill to the hotel, which may be hard to spot for first time visitors, so be sure to google the entrance elevator to find it."

"Very nice, clean property. Beds were very comfortable and everything was well thought out. Great bargain for the stay. We unfortunately did not make it to the breakfast. Close to transport stations and various activities. Highly recommend for your Kobe trip "
