Perfect place in a Perfect location.

We only stayed two nights but it was perfect for our group. Nice location.good size and quiet neighborhood. And its only 10 minutes away from bartle hall.

Great place to stay when visiting family

My sons and I came to KC to visit family, this place was perfectly located near my family and friends in town. Easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. The house was perfect, we were all comfortable and I would stay here again

Very nice stay

This was a first family trip using a vrbo stay, and it couldn't have gone better. The home was a nice size and there was plenty of room to spread out, with three comfortable bedrooms with beds for everyone. The location was nice with just short drives to lots of areas and attractions in KC. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice easy stay.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We had a party of 5 and the stay was very comfortable. The house is in a great location and only took about 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and well stocked. Communication was awesome.We would definitely stay again!

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed this property. It is updated very nicely and has every amenity a guest might need. For us, it was the perfect location, within 2 blocks of our daughter's home and very convenient to get to the Plaza, Crown Center/Union Station as well as Legends. It is as advertised, without a doubt!

Super Nice & Comfy

Such a comfy place! Only thing that was a little off to us was no door on the master bath. My husband, daughter and son in law stayed for a family trip and were able to park 2 vehicles, so much so close if needed. We opt for these sorts of accommodations when we travel and this one didn't disappoint.

Great girls’ weekend trip!

We had a wonderful time on our KC girls’ trip! Great house, quiet, clean. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. Location was perfect for us. Owner responded quickly and was gracious to allow us to park a car in the driveway before check-in. Appreciated too the bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and sodas the owner provided. Loved the spacious front porch, where we sat one morning to talk and enjoy the beautiful morning. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Excellent Communication

We had a blast during our stay! Everything was clean and nice. We thought the master bedroom door was a bit odd especially since master bath didn’t have a door at all. Other than that it was perfect! We accidentally left and important item behind and we were able to reach owners and arrange a pickup very easily the next day!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great place with a great location. Having 2 queen-sized beds, the dual twin beds, and the hide-away trundle bed made sleeping arrangements very flexible. Good communication with the property manager. We lived a couple of miles from here 10+ years ago, so it was nice to come back. The only oddity was the lack of a door between the master bedroom and its master bath. It would be nice to have had a sliding door or something to separate the two, but certainly not a big deal at all. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect oasis for a KC visit

Russ's and Pam's home was the perfect place for our trip. We were in town to attend the Chiefs v Eagles game and despite the loss, we still enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect space to return to and wallow in our sadness ;-) The home was super clean and just as described in the listing. Pam and Russ were super responsive as the shower curtain rod in one of the bathrooms had fallen off and they sent someone out immediately to fix/replace it. There are lots of great restaurants around for dining. I highly recommend Q39, but make sure you make a reservation as it's a popular spot. Most attractions are a stones throw away from the home, so you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in KC with their home as your base.

Kansas rental house

Perfect location to where we needed to be. Had everything we needed. Only a couple comments for improvements. Need better quality TP and air fresheners. Walked in to a weird musky smell but I think it was the wall plug ins maybe. Last thing, need a fan with light in master bedroom. Everything else was much appreciated. Would stay here again.

Convenient location to our function

This home has everything you need. Well kept for its age. There is no door on the master bath, which has been mentioned in previous comments. The washcloths are ALL in a hall closet between the 2 bedrooms which we found as we were leaving. Couldn't find them in either bathroom. The house is not for older folks that might need a little assistance. No grab bars in either shower. The front steps could use a railing. The host's were excellent to communicate with. They even checked in during our stay to see if we needed anythjng.

We booked this based on its location to the Royal when we were in town for a horse show. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was about 10 minutes from the Royal, in a safe neighborhood and had everything we needed. The hosts even allowed us to access the property a bit earlier than the check-in time when our flight arrived early.Thank you so much for a great stay in Mission!

We were there to connect with a friend in Roeland Park and to attend the Plaza Art Fair. Both were easy to get to. Nice central location to many city highlights. Beds were comfortable, cozy living room and dining area.
