HOUSE RULES

Note: When making a reservation through our website there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay your. The home is beautiful my wife loved it. I would consider staying there again if you can help with that stuffy smell, but your decor and design is five stars and yes, you can email me when you have specials. The location was really good for us not too far from the beach we had come for a wedding that was in Laguna Beach. I appreciate your attempts to get the small things fixed, but we were busy in and out of the house for the five days and since they couldn’t make it a couple times it just made sense to wait until we were gone. Thanks so much!
