Construction dust on the ground floor was so thick it was hard to see through, but only one person had a mask. Management should provide masks for all staff and offer them to guests as well. Just walking through to get breakfast, I was having a hard time breathing. Breakfast was well done! Lots of loud kids all night, but the rooms were clean.

We loved everything about our weekend stay on 5-16-26 and 5-17-26 pet room except the fact that tons of kids were running and screaming down the hall. Our room was 123 and the guy at front desk even told my husband that he tried to get them to quiet down and that even customers on 2nd floor were complaining about the noise level on the main floor. The hotel, the room, the breakfast the pet area was amazing!! It really was. Everything except the noisy kids. Even adults would talk loudly when they walked down the hall. It finally went quiet at midnight. But not a moment before. I would like a representative to call me about the noise problem. Thank you!!

First - the hotel is under remodel so the cleanliness is debatable. I've seen cleaner job sites. The temporary entrance was hard to find, it's the motel entrance by the exercise room BTW! We arrived around 10:45pm, were put in a remodeled room and asked to let them know in the morning of any issues. We were tired after driving almost 11 hours so when the entry light didn't work, or the fridge/microwave/tv/lamp - essentially everything on one way didn't work, we were ok because we used wifi and a tablet for a movie and fell asleep. The room itself was beautiful and clean. The water pressure leaves A LOT to be desired, it like a soft waterfall versus a cleansing shower. The parking was crazy, not sure if it was construction workers or travellers but there were several trucks with enclosed trailers parked sideways taking 3-4 spots in an already small parking lot. The next morning, we stopped by the make shift front desk and spoke to the "guest services" person. I told her all the things wrong with the room and she said to watch for the room receipt through Expedia. There was no apology, no shock and awe, no coupon for the next visit, no discount for this visit. Needless to say, that shocked me. Even though we made due, the room was literally for a bed and shower so we could move on to the next day of driving, they didn't know that... I am dumbfounded at the lack of customer focus and will likely never book la Quinta again. 😕
